Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Ursa Beauty, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, hygienic, and safe beauty products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and delightful. Due to the nature of our products, and in accordance with industry hygiene standards, we maintain a transparent policy regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.


1. Returns Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any products once they have been delivered and opened. Cosmetics and personal care products are non-returnable unless there is a verifiable issue as described below.


2. Replacement Policy

We offer replacements in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or leaking product received
  • Incorrect product or shade delivered
  • Expired or defective product received
  • Missing item from your order

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery
  • The product must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with seal intact
  • You must share clear photos or videos of the issue as evidence
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email)

We will initiate a replacement once the issue has been verified by our support team.


Steps to Request a Replacement

  1. Write to us at info@ursabeauty.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Mention your order number and describe the issue clearly.
  3. Attach photographic or video evidence of the product condition.
  4. Our team will evaluate the request and respond within 3–5 business days.

If approved, your replacement will be shipped free of cost.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed in the following situations:

  • If a replacement is not possible (e.g., due to out-of-stock status)
  • If an order is cancelled before dispatch
  • If the order is undelivered and returned to us due to courier failure or address error on our part

We do not issue refunds in cases of:

  • Product dislike, color mismatch, or allergic reaction
  • Customer-entered address errors or delivery delays
  • Late claims made after 7 days from delivery

Refund Method and Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original mode of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.)
  • Please allow up to 21 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider
  • We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed

4. Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellations only before dispatch. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

To cancel:

  • Email info@ursabeauty.com with your order number
  • If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and initiate a refund (processed within 21 business days)

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned, replaced, or refunded:

  • Used or opened products
  • Items purchased on sale, during promotions, or with free gifts
  • Gift cards or samples
  • Products returned without original packaging or tampered seals

6. Delivery Delays & Exceptions

We aim to ship and deliver your orders promptly. However, Ursa Beauty shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural calamities, lockdowns, or strikes
  • Public holidays or uncontrollable courier delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete address submitted by the customer

Refunds for delivery failures will only be processed if the product is returned to us by the courier as undelivered.

6A. Delivery Time Frame

At Ursa Beauty, we strive to process and dispatch your orders promptly. Our standard delivery time frame is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note:

Orders are shipped only on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
