1. When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours and delivered within 7–10 working days, depending on your location.
2. Can I return or exchange a product?
We do not offer returns or exchanges on any products due to hygiene reasons. However, if you receive:
- A damaged, expired, or defective product
- The wrong item or an item missing from your package
You may email us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement.

3. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- If cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 21 business days.
4. Do you offer COD?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for most locations. There may be an additional fee.
5. Do you accept refunds?
Refunds are processed only if:
- The order is cancelled before dispatch
- The product is unavailable
- The parcel is undelivered due to courier or internal error
Refunds are issued within 21 business days after verification.
